FOIL and AMS: Featured in Technology Magazine
FOIL proudly features in the latest edition of AI Magazine and Technology Magazine, showcasing the fantastic partnership between FOIL and Alexander Mann Solutions.
We don't take on partnerships lightly. When we do, it's because we've found an organisation that's serious about the same things we are — production over proof-of-concept, outcomes over activity, and AI that holds up under scrutiny.
AMS is that kind of organisation.
The global talent acquisition firm has spent years doing the structural work to make transformation possible: unified data strategy, genuine automation embedded into operations, clear accountability for what the technology delivers. Their platform, AMS1, orchestrates the full talent acquisition workflow, as live infrastructure, measured against time to fill, quality of hire and cost to serve.

“FOIL operates as an AI partner, working with AMS on the evolution of AI development, framework management, deployment, education and outcome-based values. ”
If you want to understand where AMS is heading and the thinking behind it, the Technology Magazine interview is worth reading. Alan covers orchestration platforms, skills-based hiring, digital agents and responsible AI governance — five areas he sees defining the next twelve months.
We'll be back with more on the partnership as it develops. Read the full interview with Alan in Technology Magazine by clicking here.
