Alex Robert joined the FOIL Talent Programme in May 2024, after a long and successful career as an Electrician, which he started at 16 years old. Alex tells us about his journey to transform his career to an Infrastructure Engineer, how he has landed in FOIL and on his placement, and finally his view of the FOIL Talent Programme.
